This place doesn't even deserve one star. Why the hell you accept the courier initially and then say "service is not available" in that particular area while making the delivery. Better avoid this place and people.

This courier service is soo UnProfessional. They do not deliver to the address, they make us collect wherever they are convenient to deliver. They charge bomb money, this is the sort of service they provide. And in this office there is one lady who has no idea how to talk to their customer, such rude behaviour. They should be named as "Unprofessional Courier" just money minded and no customer satisfaction service.

' Collect your courier or we will return it back ' Kind of attitude doesn't work. Will see how long this will sustain.

Be aware of this courier service! One of the biggest fraud, they collect money for DHL service and they'll send by cheap economy service. I suggest please avoid going here ! They don't know how to behave with customers when we ask for our tracking details

The contact number of the courier was not reachable, found engaged and then was switched off.The staff at office with whom I interacted was good.
