Easy location. The trainer has really good quality not only for exercise,If it hurts somewhere, stand up quickly. Friendly exercise environment. Updated equipments. All members are very helpful & co-ordinate with each other... Most of the members come with various ailments and the train's vision is to heal them and give them fitness

It's not just a power hub, it's a knowledge hub too. This is Infact, the best and most scientific Gym in the town. The gym owner Mr Subhashis is a gem of a person, he is cool,friendly, extremely knowledgeable and humble. He provides proper guidance in terms of training and diet, because gym is not about how many reps we do. It's mainly how we eat, what we eat and when we eat. Also what thing we shouldn't do and why we shouldn't do. There are very less people who tell about these things. Moreover you get trainer in the morning shift, and the that trainer too is very dedicated and provides right guidance. This gym cannot be compared with other gyms having AC and other so called 'upscale equipment'. This Gym is RESULT ORIENTED!!! . So if your expectation is of a AC gym with modern look, this is not for you. The walls fans are sufficient to cool you down if you emit right amount of sweat.

According to me this is the best gym in Chandannagar. The instructors are very friendly. The environment here is also very good. This gym gives you the feeling of a home. Here you will get proper training. Yoga, cardio are also done here. And finally I'll tell, if you come here, you will know and learn a lot. Here the trainers will not only train you, they will explain what they are doing and why they are doing it with proper scientific reasoning. Which is not usually done anywhere.

People nowadays are fond to join gyms. They're looking for gyms by asking people or searching on the Internet. It applies to me as well because I too have done it and happily found this one. I'll leave this comment here for those who are looking for a fine gym. Let me tell you why you should join this gym: *You'll find the members amiable. *They are uncoerced (i.e. taking supplements). *The trainers (couple) take into account your problems. Their knowledge of workouts will make you spellbound. According to them, everyone deserves to be fitted. It is not about gaining muscle but rather staying fit, that is all. *People do not waste their time here clicking photos, making reels, or doing parties every time. *They are not judgemental. *Fee is reasonable *Atmosphere is not gloomy *Except for these, you can play with dogs as they are full of spirits and friendly. You can feel nature once you open the door. *Perhaps this one is a non-ac gym but it is good for you because too much pleasure often makes people lazy. I'm writing these all not because I was told but because I am pleased. I can not say whether it is best or not because the definition of BEST varies among people, but I must say that the gym will make you feel better. Giving positive reviews inspire others, therefore, I wish them all the best. :)

It's really a good gym with full support...Our gym trainer is very knowledgeable and always thinks about our fitness...A homely atmosphere with good modern equipments....Subhasish and Priyanka ..both are always there to motivate us

I personally know the owner and I can bet that there is no other then a trainer like Subhasis and specifically for pure outfit without supplements.
