The Parkline Hotel - Hotel in Agartala - West Tripura, India

Stayed there for 8-10 days and felt cheated. Rooms are generally okay as compared to the other options in the city but beds are noisy and small. I could also hear occupants talking in other rooms. They have over five hundred items on their menu but only a few of them shall be available when you try to place an order. I had opted for lunch/dinner inclusive and when I complained about why most of the items were missing, the staff laughed and told me that I was free to go and eat outside. In addition, the taste is not good either. Further, most of the staff are freakishly untrained. Particularly those at the reception. They always give a look as if they are ready to wrestle with you. They make it look like they have done a favour by accepting your booking.

The rooms were pretty good in this price. Neat and clean. Good room service. All amenities available. But restaurant was disappointment as service was too slow. Took 2.5 hours to serve order. Not much vegetarian options available. Don't know its like that in whole of Agartala or just this restaurant. The location is good. It is in middle of the city.

The location of the restaurant is perfect for family outing. Ambiences are really cool. The taste of food is phenomenal. Highly recommended to all

It was a great experience. Fine dining. The food was delicious and yummy I must say.. and the service is so well.. All the staff members are well behaved, the ambience is wonderful and overall it was such an amazing experience.. We loved it

My experience is based on a busy evening during Durga Puja Ashtami Location is good. Service was Fast, polite and professional staff. The food quantity was very good as well.

Its was a great experience here in Parkline and the food was authentic with reasonable price. Also i thank to souman sir for his great service and polite behaviour. Very happy with the service. Will visit again here.

I was in the restaurant and siting comfortably bending one leg over my chair. The Manager came to me and asked me not to sit like the way I was as according to him it was not estheticaly appealing. I asked the group of ladies sitting next to me that was my sitting posture offending them and they answered no. When someone comes to a restaurant with friends to chillout and have a good time they normally tend to sit in a way which is comfortable, not to be estheticaly pleasing someone, as we do not live in the UK or not dining with the Queen of England.....

Btw this is first hotel in my 12 year career where they switch off geyser. I had paid 3K for this? Usually you get these kind of experience in below 1k hotels. Plus bed is of bad quality. People who have given 5 starts might not visited decent hotel. Absolutely not worth your money.
