In a line of unsafe and bad hotels, Park residency is a gem. Their rooms are amazing and their service is excellent.
If you are hungry, there is no need to order from outside. This hotel provides really good food at all times. Their paneer lababdar is worth a try. Would highly recommend

I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to hotels and rooms. Before I got here, I was thinking that it might not be upto my expectations but, it turned out to be otherwise. The welcome, the room, the toilet and cleanliness was quite good for this category of property. Don't come here expecting the service and standard of Hilton. But they are quite good as a transit or for anyone coming here for business in this area. However, make sure to request a room with a window with a view of the outside. Then you are all ok.
Pretty close to pari chowk and Yamuna expressway entry towards Agra.
Rooms are decent size with study table and mini fridge provided. Food from the in-house kitchen was good. Service was quick and good.
Might take a while to locate the place as construction going on around.

An average hotel inside a residence association area. There are similar hotels in this area, all of them mostly focusing on visitors coming for exhibitions and trade shows at India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida. Since they may get bookings only during trade shows, the pricing is much above the normal standards during shows. The breakfast served is fine, eventhough the dishes are limited. We didn't find any good eateries or restaurants at walkable distance. The staff were courteous and well mannered and Banu and Dehram were the two, who helped us at the reception.
