The hotel is great. It's serene and has a feel of luxe. People are really friendly and great. It is at a walkable distance from the main market. Would highly recommend staying.
The hotel is so amazing. The staff is so helpful. They had amazing food. We were 2 girls on a trip so they took proper care of us and helped us with everything we asked for.. Rooms, service, food, staff, view everything was perfect.. We stayed there for 4 nights and we didn't had any issues.. The location is just 5 minutes walking distance from the main leh market so you can easily take a walk to market in the evening..
The hotel's locality is OK but the view from our room which was connected on 1st floor with a big terrace with snow mountain peaks in background was awesome. Loved it. Room size was also appropriate. The staff were very good bu nature & was always ready to help.
very nice hotel especially the staff and their hospitality. Food is good. Only drawback is the internet wifi does not work properly.
I stayed in 4th floor, view from there was amazing. Hotel rooms were average, common area maintenance is good.Room maintenance is average. Bathrooms are not in condition.Owner of hotel has no idea of hospitality, i don't know why he is into this business.I have asked him to send someone to medical shop for medicines in a emergency situation and he denied for it.
Stay in the hotel for a night. Got a very poor welcome, behaviour of staff was not upto mark. No drinking water , stuffs for making tea/coffee. Bed and linen were good , food was ok. While checking out I forgot my mobile in the room ,called the hotel manager from airport but he refused saying that the staff never found any mobile while cleaning.Anyway I consider it's my mistake and expecting honesty from them.My suggestions would be try to avoid this hotel ,there r many more good hotels in the location.

One of the best hotels in Leh, loved it to the very core of us. Had a lot of amazing memories and moments here. Very much affordable and nearest to the leh market. Also there's one great resturant nearby, salt and pepper. Do try their food. Apart from that the hotel is best.
Best ever service I received in my Ladakh trip. Hotel is located at nearby market location. Hotel service is very awesome. Food was really delicious. View of my room was superb. You must try the hotel if you visiting Leh and want to spend quality time.
