Never Stay here.
Rooms - Small and not much moving space.
No space for sitting and talking for a few minutes.
No Wifi available
The water is so Salty in the restroom.
Hot water is not flowing continuously.
More than anything for the size of the rooms, amenities provided IT'S USELESS TO STAY AS THE TARIFF IS VERY HIGH, instead one can find much better Hotels in the Salem city with cheaper Tariff or better amenities.
The hotel was good. No restaurant, but next to it A2B and lots of other etaries are there.
The room and bed were specious.
The only problem I faced Door lock was not working and they were not able to fix it. it happened on last day morning.
There should be some other lock facility if digital lock is not working. its a sefty issue for belongings.
Budget wise really good. For family also place is good enough.
A clean air conditioned room, on the highway, next to A2B is all you get.
Don't expect anything more.
I was travelling solo on my bike. Stayed there for just a night. I did my check-in at 9 p.m.
We stayed at The Palm Residency during our travel from Bangalore to Kochi. We had an overnight stay there. Reached the place at around 9:30pm. The check in was easy. The place is located on the highway itself and so there is no issue with reachability. Its located right next to A2B, around 13-16km from Salem town.
The room was small, but it was very well kept. It was an ac room and very neat. The bed spreads were also nice. It is a very cheap option with good quality. Hot water was also available at night, but not in the morning (around 4:30am).
For the price we paid, it is a very good option and recommended if you need to take a break during the long night travel. There also are a few shops available at the same building complex for buying clothes, toys, etc.

Best for travellers, no need to go inside the town. This place location is near by-pass road & easy to access.
And budget friendly too. Best food options available near by.
Good to stay here. Don't expect much from service point. If you need rest as a traveler without any expectations, this is a lovely place. If you want room in ground floor, they charge more compared to 1st floor. Better go with 1st floor only.
Coming to location - You have Anand Bhavan just opposite & Polar bear just beside. Just 10 meters away from the highway. Infact its located at the right place.
A kind of motel. Ample parking. Right on the highway. More than 10 km from Salem city. No lift. Lots of mosquitoes. No driver room. No kitchen, gives breakfast coupon for a nearby restaurant Anand Bhawan. Small rooms. Overall good for a quick night halt only.
The Hotel is Bang on the highway and co-located with A2B Restaurant. Rooms are of various categories from economy to suites.
Minor issues are 1. No lift ( Staircase is very broad and gradual) 2. Bathroom water is brackish ( if connected to RO will be better).
Rates are very nominal and there is adequate 4 wheelers parking.
