The Manager Ms. Madhumathi was truly customer friendly and finished the renewal process very quickly

I think customers time has no value in this office. I was asked to sit from 2.30pm onwards till am airing my view at present. Am given an excuse of replacement of their ups, which they could do on a non working day or lunch time so as not to put customers in a difficult position.

Very good attitude towards customers. I felt their hospitality.

Customer service is pathetic.they didn't explained any thing.they send a pdf only.thet told me to check it out.the behaviour of employees is ridiculous..I didn't recommend this to anyone.pls go for any other insurance company...

Awesome ambience the staff is really helpful I got my claim while sitting at my home all the papers were directly sent to me at my place I really am thankful to the company

I was at Oriental insurance to renew my bike policy , the service being offered by them is really awesome, full score to them

Good Staff's very much helping. When ever I go there for remitting insurance premiums within minutes I can finish my work no need to wait there
