"The hotel advertised the room as a 'luxury room,' but I found it to be quite small and not as spacious as I expected. While it was clean and had some nice amenities, the size was disappointing. I had imagined more space and comfort in a luxury room. Aside from that, the service and facilities were decent, but the room size was a letdown." "I decided to try the fresh lime soda, but unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely sour, and the quality of the lemon used didn't seem up to par. It was quite disappointing as I was expecting a refreshing and balanced drink. The hotel should definitely work on improving the quality and taste of their beverages to ensure a better dining experience for guests."
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was attentive and the room was comfortable and clean. However, I must mention that the restaurant food didn't meet my expectations and could use improvement.
Excellent experience with The Onyx. The staff is very humble and polite. Always there to help. Hotel was super clean and full of aroma. Food quality is very good and is recommended.

A very good hotel in Adityapur...I with my 8 family members have been many times been here .Mr Abhishek one of the staff along with other staff in the restaurant are very good in behaviour,food quality is good and fresh and tasty.All is very nice experience always.Please introduce some more games than x and 0 ..weekly we go for outing as well order from home... though we have to hire ZOMATO yet we are ensured for quantity.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.
