The Ocean Park Resort - Hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

This Hotel is very poor and bed Experience. Please don't go for this hotel. I stay 3 Night in this hotel. Extra bed very poor quality. I complain manager but he said more money pay for bed. I was very disappointed and very rude behavior. In morning Hot water is not coming. Break fast is very bed items. Food is not good.

Summary of the Review 1. Studio rooms are big and very much comfortable. 2 split Ac's, 1 bath tub, sofa, chairs, lightings, mini fridge, office chairs are all good and will upgrade your stay. 2. Hotel location is nearby beach, just 2 mins walk. Many veg restaurants are available nearby. 3. There hospitality is good. Just go for Studio rooms, they are little bit more costly but you will definitely like your stay. It is comfortable for 5 people including 1 child.

Very bad experience. Check-in time was 2 pm. The room was not ready till 4 pm. After entering the room, the room smelled like piss. It took 1.5 hours to get someone to get room freshner and sheet change. Service was so poor that we had to book some other hotel. If you are planning to stay at goa, please try to book any Airbnb. Your experience will be far greater than this hotel.

Rooms were really good here; especially te bathrooms (an important factor for me) as it had those handheld showerheads (which is very handy); the place was spacious enough, it had a swimming pool and...oh the service was really good too! Overall tis a good place to stay if you're ever going to Goa for a vacay. I still wish the resort could've been on the beach facing the sea though!

*Must read* Stayed in this hotel few days back. Reason for choosing this was only one i.e, Ive stayed in this hotel 4 years back and experience was amazing!! this time however it was totally different and not in a good way. Maybe management is changed but whatever is it..not worth it reasons are :- 1. They are "renovating", and operating at the same time.. no one wants to go on a vacation for listening to construction noise. Im pretty sure in hotel industry this is not even legal. 2. Their rooms were way clean and luxurious earlier. This time bedsheets were dirty and torned from multiple places, pillow smelled reallllyyy bad, washrooms were hardly clean. Unfinished wooden work and paint was very visible. 3. They will give you all the instructions, how to use pool. one of the instructions being "No cotton clothes in pool". Which is must in hotels. buttt.. this family came with alot of kids, they totally went in wearing cotton clothing and some of their kids were naked inside the god damn pool..as if its haridwar! ofcourse management did nothing. 4. Food is not good. Indochinese was fine but North Indian cuisine was inedible if you have tastebuds 5. Location is great. Calangute beach is 1 min walk 6. staff is polite. 7. They are definitely over charging for the under construction hotel

Very very bad experience. Rooms are ok , , after complaint for fan / tap / flush water etc. No body ready to listen., reasturant ambiance is ok. All crockery is dirty Only price & photos are attractive . Think 100 times before booking

It was very bad experience. Rooms were not clean, sheets are dusty with spots all over. Room service was not ready to change them as they should be done only during day time. Lots of mosquitoes. Room service and people from front desk response was rude.
