NLF gym is the right and the best place to get your body transformed. The gym has a congenial environment. I've seen myself going through an immense transition all thanks to Jinesh sir! The gym is very good and the trainer is also good. All the machines are from Zarai.
Trainers were not giving proper attention, also peoples were herast the woman by giving wrong signals, worst service from the trainers and owners in this case.
The gym is very neat and clean. Almost all machines are there for both, weight training and cardio. The staff is very friendly. The joining process is very smooth and flexible. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The best part of the gym is their main Athlete-Jinesh Panicker Sir.
