I have joined this gym since 1 month ..and I have myself seen the difference in my body , and my mental health...i really experienced positivity in myself ...really recommend going to this gym a lot..very helpful trainers who tell you to how to do exercises properly...

My first experience with and have not been disappointed I train here about 4 to 5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainer awesome music and participant who take class creat a perfect workout environment

First time joining a training facility like and I have to say what an experience it has been from the workout to the amazing trainers always has been a shy person when it comes to working out with other people but the vibes from east Village just something else thank you

Such a nice behaviour trainer they treat like family member and environment of this gym is awesome if you join here didn't disappoint i love this gym

This gym has the best energy staff and feel everything is so clean every trainer closely watches and correct everyone's form I recommend you to join and feel

Good mix of function fitness with traditional gym equipment Lots of space for workout unless you are here in the early morning or evening there are never too many people which is nice I love this place

Quite a nice gym. Very suitable timings, friendly and helpful staff. Workouts, Zumba, yoga sessions without any extra charges. Very fun place to be at.

I Found Sfw is one of the best gym around the area...it has very nice ambience nd every trainer has friendly nature they are eager to train in very efficient way....
