'An Absolute Nightmare Stay' I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my life. First off, the check-in process was a complete disaster. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the guests. When I finally got to my room, I was greeted by a sight that made my stomach turn. The room was filthy! There were stains on the carpet, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks, and there were hairs all over the bathroom. It was disgusting, to say the least. To top it all off, the hotel's restaurant was a joke. The food was tasteless and overpriced, and the service was painfully slow. I ended up eating out for the rest of my stay, which added even more expense to this already regrettable trip. I couldn't wait to check out of this nightmare of a hotel. When I did, the staff didn't even bother asking how my stay was. They handed me the bill and seemed relieved to see me go. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice. It's a complete disgrace and not worth a single penny.

Best place to stay in gwalior. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Basic amenities such as electric kettle and hair dryers are provided. Good buffet breakfast.

Roof top, sitting arrangement is so so, not so good, sofas are not much comfortable and taste of food is also okay, paneer dish was tasty and daal also. Rest of the thing was like 6/10.

I didn't do there for stay so can't compare. However, the ambience was good and they have multiple options for dining in like in house, rooftop deck, box area etc. Sufficient parking space is there. I think, they don't have handicapped entrance, but they have lift inside. I found washrooms hygienic. I had breakfast only and they provided a big cup of tea but taste was average.

This hotel scammed my colleagues money. My colleague wanted to book a room for 2 but their system booked the room for just 1 person. So he cancelled the booking and called hotel that he booked for 2 person but receipt showing only one so he has booked again for 2 person and requested them to refund the previous booking money. But the hotel has not shown any interest in giving back the money. They are just harassing the customer saying the refund is still in process and it's a third party issue, when in reality the booking has been done from their own official website. They have done fraud for the amount of more than 10k. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The person who is working in the reception his name is sharad is totally a fraud person charged us extra money nd don't even provide the half n hour extra he is so rude and unprofessional he doesn't have the manners how to treat a guest u are working in a hospitality organisation nd we are your permanent customer this is a way to treat your guest he is arguing with me for no reason i will never visit this place again or not even recommend to anyone bloody idiot

Good Rooms, Excellent food and great location are the advantages of Moziac. Specially the roof top of the Hotel is tempting. Seprate, no disturbance in the rooms , staff are professional and trained .
