Great hotel to stay near Chandigarh airport. If you are returning from Shimla or Manali(or the other way around) and your flight is scheduled for next day then this hotel is best one for you. Rooms have centralised AC, small refrigerator, and other basic needs. rooms and washrooms are very clean and you can have a luxury experience here. Food is great too. Overall you can have 3-5 star experience here.
Miserable hotel. Rooms, food, customer service, practically everything is miserable. Rooms are unhygienic with molds on the bedsheets and all around the rooms. Rooms are just too small. Would recommend that you find some place else.
The toilet seat is just a few steps away from the bed, and the door of the washroom is a bit open from the top so if someone uses the washroom the entire room stinks and there is no exhaust anywhere. Rest all is okay
The business owner should be vigilant!! The manager is rude and didn't want to serve the guests in the restaurant!!! 10:10 pm and he was hesitant to serve us in the restaurant ,,,,,,,,very bad vibe
Went there on 8/10/22 with my husband. Rooms look good though but bad service i have ever seen. Creepy staff. They keep staring at you with no shame at all. It makes you feel disgusted. Bedsheets were extremely dirty. Asked them to get it changed. They brought another one and guess what? They were even more pathetic looking. Informed them that we'll check out in 30 minutes, they literally forced us to leave the hotel. Told us they're having reservations. If you want 30 minutes more, pay us further. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Best hotel as per area. Room service is very fast, food is also very good. Rooms can be more spacious but otherwise it's good.
