Definitely value for money. Food and service is good can definitely increase their cleaning standards. They did it fine after we asked but it would have been a lot better had it been properly cleaned before we checked it. Rest, it's a good pit-stop if travelling to Himachal.

My room was amazing with beautiful decor. The staff is chilled out and cooperative. At this price, it was totally amazing. However, initially I was offered a dull, old and small room even though I had specifically asked for bigger room, but on telling them the same, they immediately switched my room. Food is good but limited options, but you can use swiggy and zomato. I think at this price range and location, this hotel is great.

Awesome Room & Service but I think room facilities little bit improve

Located conveniently, room size was good, washroom was small, the room they first showed us had used looking sheets with small stains but on complaining we were moved to another which was was good. Had to ask them for towels, water (only 1 complimentary water bottle), there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room as they had left the window open, on complaining they said they don't have allout/good knight and said they will spray mosquito repellent which we did not want, later they gave us an allout which worked. Food was good, quantity is on the higher side. Reception guy was friendly. Overall good for a night stop.

Rooms are dirty/dusty. The hairs were spread all over the floor.The used utensils by previous occupants were placed in the room and despite requests were not taken. The staff engaged by the owner was so uneducated and behaved in a ridiculous manner. We felt so regretful for not staying in the car.

Okay to stay for family.. Not a place for odd group of friends. Room are good and clean and comfortable

It should be rated less than 1 star if possible. Don't Stay here just for nearby location of bestek mall. Zero for services and prices
