A good cozy place to hang out with friends and family, a good variety of drinks and snacks menu. Professional services and well maintained with indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements with sector 17 musical fountain view. Now they have cooler options too, watermelon cooler is a must have. Good place to chill. But not that premium as at sector 9 Panchkula. Food served here is also a level below the premiumness of a lounge.
The worst...... 3rd class service, the woman behind the register.... OMG, God help her.... Bad bad attitude, loud, slamming doors, equipment, bossy, no regard for a customer, doesn't want to make drinks that one likes and orders, rather offer easy ready made drinks, worst CCD I've every visited, generally my experience at CCD is great, not here! The place had dull vibe. The customer service was poor too i wanted small capachino but They dint have the size so I was forced to buy medium size. As I had to rush I asked them to transfer my coffee into a paper cup but they refused.
