I visited just after opening hours.. initially they said I have fo wait for 30-40 minutes but after few minutes they serve me the ordered food. Food & service was good and I love the ambience

Been there twice. The food was good, we've ordered multiple cuisines however the service was way too slow, One time we had to wait for dessert up to a point where we almost decided to cancel it. Another time, went there with a group of 5, we were being served at different timings, waiting for all the dishes to be served means eating cold food. So that obviously need to be taken care of.
Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the seating arrangement was good. Since we sat outside so weather was a bit cold so food became cold very fast. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are found here. Food was okay not great. But good place to spend some time with loved ones.
It's a beautiful cafe and bar, with great continental food, we ordered buffalo wings, Tuscan chicken, chicken marinara, lemon garlic chicken platters. The interiors are amazing and very well decorated in a medieval style, and they have a great collection of original celebrity autographs. Also, their bar menu is quite affordable, though wine is available only during evenings.
The service was excellent I must say!! The food was incredible . I'll come again to taste more food item on this cafe! Btw the chicken and shrimp dumplings was heavenly!! Keep up the good work The Loft
As much as i adore the theme and the interior. I am deeply disappointed with the food as I had horrible stomach ache after i had here. It doesn't align with the over rated cost.
Decor was amazing, and such an amazing place to chill. Food however was average & service was slow. They brought in 3 separate dishes for 3 people at intervals of at least 13-15 minutes. Were we supposed to just look while the other eats ? hence u reduced one star. If they improve this I'll definitely change to 5
