Bistro Binge - Cafe in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

Nice small cozy spot to have good food at. When i went there there were a few items that weren't available which we we're given complimentary tea which was nice and refreshing for them not having the dishes, but the food that was available was all delicious even though personally the pasta i had was a bit lacking in flavour and the portion was on the lighter side but it was still very well done and not over cooked. The buffalo wings we're delicious and tangy. The wrap was amazing with delicious crispy chicken inside. The sandwich was nice and warm and very cheesy. The service was quick and the staff was very kind. They also have a loyalty program which offers discounts and complimentary beverage after you've spent more than 1000 at the cafe. All in all it's a nice and cozy place to enjoy some good food at hoping the next time i visit the inconvenience regarding the items not being available is solved and then it'll definitely be a 5 star from my end.

Location of the Cafe is good however it's too small. Food is average, not great not bad. Service is quite slow. It's clean and neat.

Had the burger and sandwich, all we could taste was cheese!!! The amount of cheese was double the buns/bread, we needed something refreshing to lighten our palletes. The bacon/chicken was lost in all the cheese, but the added fries were good and crispy.

It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and cozy. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Do yourself a favor and visit Bistro Binge, you won't be disappointed.
