Hotel was not clean and they had charged the double just because of the high demand of the hotels in Rishikesh. Bathroom seams unclean and unhygienic. Also the hotel don't know the hospitality. I read lots of peoples mentioned that the staffs are too polite. It's truth but they politely say they don't have if I asked for anything like a toothbrush or toothpaste or a slipper.
I am attaching few pics which will show the all truth. Pillows are too dirty.
Worst to the worst. Property is good but the person on the reception was too bad. He don't even know how to talk with the customer. He misbihaved vd us. Actully one of our member paid 1000 in advance, Reception man didn't even asked for ID , name, nothing. after just 2 min. We get a call that we have to come back to delhi coz of some emergency. We didn't even entered in room. We asked for our money back. He shouted on us. Don't you know the meaning of advance we said its an emergency. He didn't agree.
Don't ever go to this hotel. He was too bad nd used harsh & rude words.

Had an amazing experience in the hotel last week. The staff is really very polite, helpful and co-operative. Parking facility, room service, food is commendable. The top hills view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Budget friendly and one can easily visit to Lakshmam jhula, Ram jhula by walking or can opt auto at reasonable prices. As it was my first trip to rishikesh, they also suggested the nearby places to visit.
Whenever I will plan to visit Rishikesh, will always choose the Lily Hotel.
Highly recommendable if you are planning for family stay.
Service staff is too bad , rooms isn't even cleaned properly. Don't book
Only sometimes there will be hot water issue apart from that everything is good. Price is decent and it's clean.
Wrong contact number mentioned on Google.. If guys will not pick up call or talk properly than how you will run a hotel..
