The owner is good but the night staff was very rude. They didn't provide normal drinking water without charging money. Even if they have the aquaguard water but simply denied to provide basic amenities like water. Also have a car parking issue. They dont have a spacious area for parking. No spot inside the room or balcony to dry clothes. It is an average place to stay.
The hotel is quite near to beach, 15-20 mins walk max, mind you, in our room no windows, but clean and functional otherwise. Staff was nice and helpful, they understood hindi as well. they must have improved upon previous critics, hence such a nice experience. couple friendly, we soaked our clothes in beach, so they suggested to hang clothes on roof railing, risky but useful tip given by them

Rooms are bathrooms are old now. Only an old security is there to offer service. Not even a dedicated room boy to put extra beds. The old man was struggling and we had to help. Inbuilt Ac vends needs to be cleaned. Has a bar in the rooftop
not a suitable place to stay over vacation. rooms are untidy n property is compact with no windows in the rooms. Rooms are suffocated due to lack of natural ventilation. There are cockroaches in the room and the rooms are not maintained well. Too much of disturbance during night from pub. Bathrooms are pathetic and doesn't need description of issues. Rooms are really small and definitely not worth a stay.
Highly recommended this hotel because very safety to stay with family and room was spacious, clean and neat. Any time hot water facility, room cleaning, food delivery. 5 mins walkable distance to rock beach, manakula vinayagar temple and shopping areas. Enjoyed well. Car Parking facility also there.
