Hotel property is good. However staff is hopeless.Pathetic hospitality and staff behavioral issue. No business minded. They don't providing Heater or AC as complimentary. They don't bother on guest comfort. Even no atticates for asking food and water to guest. They are not cooperative in food during breakfast. Not providing simple items cereal like corn flakes, choco serial, etc. for Kid. Requesting to management, please change the staff for better business on priority.

My stay at the hotel was good. The receptionist helped me to upgrade the room from deluxe to executive and the GM of the hotel was very cooperative. The room was bright and airy. Apart from accomodation, I would like to suggest the management to kindly look into the food or kitchen department. Had ordered for snacks during the afternoon but the food was average. Most of the items listed in menu was not available, for non veg chicken pakora and chicken chilli was available. Had ordered chicken chilli and french fries along with Masala tea. Would rate 4 out of 10. Had to visit nearby restaurant for dinner since the snacks was bad at the hotel. Next morning, me and my wife was craving for chole bhature with tea and masala omlette. Had called kitchen/ restaurant for breakfast and placed the order but the chef replied by saying chole bhature is not available. Looking at the other items in the breakfast menu, we asked if alu Paratha and masala omlette can be served with tea but the chef replied "only poha and Puri with alu dum is available at the moment." The reply or response really spoilt my mood early in the morning and I replied saying I don't want to order. The customer wants to have food as per their taste not what chef is comfortable with. Then I called the receptionist of the hotel who was very cooperative and helpful. She might have spoken to the senior management as well as the kitchen dept. After few mins, we got a call from the kitchen dept and they accepted our order i.e. Alu Paratha and omlette with tea. Just a small suggestion, the management should only list the food items that is available in the menu. The rating would have gone up if the food was good. Hope the management will take the feedback positively.

The hotel staff was very polite and supportive. But the lift didn't work for the 4 days that we stayed. My mother has osteoporosis and she has been forbidden from climbing stairs. Yet she had to climb the staircase all the way to the 2nd floor. She experienced a lot of pain. This isn't fair. If you cannot get the lift fixed, you should reduce the price. The most important facility was missing and they did nothing to help. Rest everything was okay.

Good family stay for this price range with lift facility.Rooms and bathrooms are clean. One of the room got locked with key inside and they don't have spare key. Another room given but the luggages are in that locked room. Morning only they can able to broke the lock.

A comfortable stay. Priya was extremely welcoming and warm. She assisted us with the process and beyond as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful view. Short drive to market area. Easy to locate. All in all a good stay at an affordable price. Special mention for the delicious and good food there. Really loved it.

I stayed in Gangtok Drift for two days...1. Lift of the hotel was not serviceable and we were allotted with rooms on 5th floor which was cherry on the top of cake...2. Though while booking the rooms I didn't find any stating that FRONT VIEW ROOMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN but as per receptionist So naturally we were not allotted with front view room inspite of paying Rs per room per night. The room which was allotted was having single small window which one can't open as there was wall next to it.3. Size of the rooms are not complimentary to the price of the rooms.4. We took combo of rooms with breakfast. First day breakfast was good but next day in breakfast they served us Chana dal and Puri and completely dry Poha.Overall I will not like to give more than two stars to this hotel

Hotel Was good but rooms which they had provided us was very dirty and smelly and there were insects in the room and thats a pathetic stay where you guys can hang out. When we tell them to change they said we are sold out sorry and i should highly say this never pick 502 and 503 room because thats on Roof very bad stay

The worst hotel experience I had. I went with my parents and they gave us rooms on 5th floor (which is actually at 6th floor here because they count 1st floor as ground floor), and the worst part is that their elevator/lift is not working since 3weeks and they didn't inform their guests before. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. You cannot order your tea/coffee in your rooms. Being a tourist at such a place, it's really very hectic to climb stairs even to 1st or 2nd floor but these hotel people (including GM of the hotel) won't bother what difficulty you are facing. It's totally your fault if you are choosing this hotel to stay in.
