This hotel is very nice. Neat and clean, spacious. Location is very good. Front desk staff are really hard working people. They are very polite and gentle. It is worth for the money. I am from New Jersey and I feel the hotel atmosphere same as in US. I highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointing experience at K11 Hotel in Chennai. As a family from Malaysia, we encountered issues with price hikes for foreigners and unfair charges. We requested hours basis calculation due to a late flight, but were charged for a full day. Not suitable for families, as we observed questionable activities in the rooms. Tea requests were met with coffee. Workers were helpful, but management needs improvement. #UnsatisfactoryExperience

are We had a pleasant stay in The k11 @ 307. Rooms are well maintained with clean and in particular Mr. Altaf is background reasons of ensuring that all the guests should receive the highest quality standards. He is very humble, knowledgeable, quick in taking action for guest needs in the hotel. He is a well deserved staff to be recognized by hotel management and sure he will be an asset to the hotel. His dedicated support will make me to refer this hotel to my friends and relatives. I will sure come back with my family to hotel in future. Please keep up the great job.

It's good and the ambience matters.. spacious rooms and I took a junior suit room which is really spacious and clean.. they do house keeping every day and what even u want they help u with it.. the front desk people are not rude. At the same not so friendly too. They do things when u call and ask them.. but overall room is really good.

One of the best stays near the k11 hotels T-Nagar Chennai. Location is one of the main reasons to select the hotel. Lot of shopping nearby The rooms are good. Clean and hygienic environment. Service to the rooms is so good. Morning breakfast is compliment for the stay. Tariff is also worth it. Fully air conditioned rooms. Parking is also available.
