Good place to stay at a reasonable price. The manager and the staff tries their best to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast can use some more options, otherwise a pleasant stay. Location of the property is excellent. Inside city limits and near the market as well. The property is a little run down and it shows clearly in the rooms. Damp walls and poor workmanship on repair of furniture reduce the charm of an otherwise nicely designed property. Rooms were neat and clean with well behaved staff. Morning breakfast didn't offer lots of choices but was filling and delicious. Overall 3.5/5 property considering the price band (3K-3.5K).
Exterior of the hotel is very attractive however the rooms are not well kept. There is some unpleasant smell in the room. Bedsheets and upholstery seems very old. Food and service is okay, nothing extraordinary. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Not happy with overall experience.

Rooms are not worth the price, furniture is old but not at all maintained,staff tries to serve you best but helpless due to non cooperation from management specially the manager himself seems to be non interested. The attitude shows as if they are doing some favour,pathetic management and rooms interior and equipment.
Not that worth as showing on Google total reviews. It seems they aquired Paid Fake GOogle reviews. Only that main Entrance looks royal and grand but after that, nothing like resort or hotel. Food is worst and not hygen as well. Not for Family and Kids. If you get in cheap rate, you can book else avoid it. No Manager or receptionist to help or hear our voice. It was totally waste of money for us as we had 5 rooms booked on 26th Nov, 2023.
