1. Bed sheets are very dirty2. Blanket are dirty3. Pillos are dirty4. Refrigrator is not cleaned5. TV recharge is not done and not working6. Room is very dirty , not cleaning services done7. Geysor facility not provided8. Wifi fscility is not available.9. No one is available for our safety and help.10. No onw is available for check out. We called every number and waited for 1 hr and leave after that as we need to go for our exam

The staff was so judgemental. Unmarried couples were being looked down upon as criminals They were extremely unwelcoming. Also there was hardly any geyser/warm water available and instead of accepting that the hotel doesn't provide it, the staff told us to discard atleast 10 buckets of water, saying that we must be patient.!!! While we went out, they asked for the keys to our room where we had all our belongings. When we told this isn't the rule anywhere they began to argue..!! One of the worst hotels I've ever visited. I'm not recommending this to any friend..!

No Ac and average kind of room. No lift and you need to pay the person to take your luggage up.. Old furnitures and. I booked through goibibo, dont book by just seeing the picture.

Clean rooms with proper privacy but the only thing which I did not like is the AC was not working properly but the room was cool enough so I did not feel too hot there. Overall it was a nice experience

This is Kamal inn and using vivo for online bookings. Nowhere a single star worthy hotel. No food/tea arrangements in the hotel. Room was dirty and even after asking to replace dirty blankets; staff didn't replaced. Washroom was in pathetic condition; no hot water service and we had to take shower with cold water. Strictly not recommended

Worst experience ever in my life till now, there was no proper water supply in toilets, mosquitoes are there in the room, phone is disconnected through line, they gave us dirty pillow as well, that is yellowish in color, and rent is so high as the services and even there was broken room lock and even full paisa waste. i have so bad experience with *make my trip* as well. i'll give *make my trip* as 00/10. they post so huge spaced pictures of the room and all the pictures were taken with such angle so that room will look so big. but actually the room is so small as like square kitchen in some house. please do invest in good as well as don't pay before u see the bed and the rooms. i was with my family, and i was traveling from delhi to punjab not for this worst experience but for the comfort far from home.

it was nice to stay there... they are also happily welcoming couples...i book this hotels oftenly every time i feel comfortable there specially for unmarried couple , the staff of the hotel is very cooperative ...you can book your room without any hastle

This hotel doesn't deserve even a single star coz room's were smelly, bedsheets, Pillow's and blanket were dirty, receptionist were behaving like he is drunk....... Strongly not recommended.. Worst exp with them.......
