I was so happy with the service provided by the Hotel. Yes, the hotel is a bit inside from the main road, but it is so close to the central railway station and in the centre of the city. How you see out of the Hotel is not the same as inside. Hotel is clean and the staff are so good. Most what I like was the staff are "At your Service". This is what we don't find in most of the Hotels today after giving many levels of training in Guest Service. I appreciate their warm welcome and their extraordinary service and hospitality. I could rate 5* for the staff as pro active and their immediate attention. In addition I don't want to miss adding this "Staff were very polite". If I visit Chennai again, I would choose and recommend my friends and family to choose because of the staff and the cleanliness of the Hotel. I repeat and would ask to keep continuing the same service and Hospitality to retain your Guest as always! Keep it up Hydel Park Hotel!

-Very courteous and helpful staffs. -The rooms are clean and tidy. -The bathroom is quite big. Hot and cold water were available. -The supplied toiletries were of good quality. -The room seemed new and well maintained. -Great option for business as well as leisure stays. -The price quoted at the reception is lower than the online prices. -Well worth the money.
Just a 5min walk away from Chennai Central, very hygiene rooms and good reception & service. Multiple hotels to have food nearby according to your taste and budget. Had good time with my family, I would say go for it.
Stayed 2 days here with family (north Indian) Good side 1. Near to railway station ( you can get 80-100 rupees rickshaw) till here , if you have less luggage , you can probably walk till here. 2. Stay is really courteous , they will make sure to feel you safe and make your stay comfortable. 3. Staff : If you have to order food , they will help you in ordering ( if you are veg , order from Andra Bhavan Canteen nearby , mostly their thali) worth the price. 4. Electric Kettle / Plates : Even if you order from outside , they will provide plates/cups. Negative 1. Location : The surroundings are really shabby and our cab couldn't reach upto here , so if you have lots of luggage you will face difficulty. 2. Restaurant : Since they don't have inhouse restaurant , you have to order from nearby places (they will help you in deciding) and sometimes will get the food for you. It is values for money restaurant and given the location and staff , I would love to stay here again . Please upvote if you have liked this review.
The hotel is located at the prime of the city where you get all the needs fulfilled at ease. The hotel in itself is wonderful with the best staff, food, cleanliness as well as the location proximity. The tariffs are also very budget friendly which does not give a pinch in your pocket. If you are visiting chennai for work or a tour to the city you should try this hotel. I bet you will not regret it.
