Was on a family vacation. A beautiful hotel with good clean rooms. Their cottage are even more beautiful, next to a river. The cottages have a electric bed warmer that's very useful in winters. The suite room is spacious and has a good view of the mountains

It's location is nice. The front garden is awesome & so is the area near flowing river. Food average with limited buffet variety. Dining area is cramped (they should have large area keeping in view the footfall of guests; also the furniture of the dining area should be light - there is no room to move around) Had flies in the room !! Staff is very hospitable & courteous

Fantabulous experience. Stayed for two days. View from the Cottage was breathtaking, river flowing down and snow capped mountains with pine trees . Delicious food, my wishes to the chef. The Entier staff was wonderful and cooperative & promt at service. Amazing property close to market. I suggest that one must visit hermitage, they made it a never forgettable experience.

We recently had the privilege of staying at The Hermitage By Grand Resorts in Pahalgam, and it stands out as the best accommodation of our trip. While the standard rooms felt a tad snug for our liking, we opted for the deluxe rooms which, to our delight, were impressively spacious - easily double in size! Even though the hotel lacks air conditioning for the warmer months, its well-designed ventilation made up for it. Summer in Kashmir can surprise you with its warmth, even in such elevated terrains, but the room's sizable windows - fitted with mosquito nets - ensured a breezy comfort throughout our stay. The bedding deserves a special mention: the pillows and bed were of top-notch quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The service? Exceptional in every sense. But what took our breath away was the serene garden at the hotel's rear, nestled right next to a picturesque river. The tranquility of sitting by this river, taking in Kashmir's natural beauty, was the highlight of our stay. For those seeking a peaceful retreat in Pahalgam, The Hermitage is a gem waiting to be discovered. Highly recommended!

We had excellent experience in terms of hospitality and service. Quality of food was superb. Manager Maqbool showed personal attention and tried to accommodate requirements of our culinary needs as much as he could. Strongly recommend.

Excellent property and very convenient to approach. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is very clean and has a fantastic scenic natural view around. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

One of the best hotel I came across on my visit to Srinagar and its surrounding. Staff was excellent and their dining staff was one big thumps up. Dining staff should be appreciated they work and study as well.

It was a wonderful stay and the hospitality is the best. Most of the time before putting down your phone, your service person was at your door. I really appreciate Mr Maqbal and the team for their excellent service.
