If you find yourself with a membership there, it's probably only because of their trainer, Prantim. The Leg abduction/ adduction, shoulder press, T-Bar row and Seated row machines are basic essentials, which are not available. The cycles offer no resistance and need an upgrade. The upside to the gym is it's environment and Prantim, who knows what he's doing. It's not too crowded, only if you find your right slot.
It's a budget friendly gym, but equipments are old not updated
It's been more than a 1 week I have joined "The Gym". There are a lot of equipment and machines to work out. The trainer is very helpful and gives every necessary instructions for each exercise. The gym is very spacious and I would definitely recommend to go for it.
The temple I visit everyday...the place which gave me a new life a new physique. Enough of the philosophy.... The Gym has all the necessary equipments you need to build your dream physique. Divided into two sections, cardio ans crossfit area and the other one being weight-training area. The equipments are more than enough with varied machines to help you with your exercise needs. Two well-built trainers who are there for you to help you and assist you as well as guide you throughout your workout sessions. Talking about pricing...it is fair and is reasonable investment comparatively...and after all it's about your own body and health. A better physique to yield in return of what you invest.
Good place for gym. Big size. And available equipment. Room AC temperature is cool also. Good trainer.
Not bad. Equipments are gud. Changing room stinks but otherwise it's good overall to achieve a fit body. Just don't expect Tiger shroff like one though. Not very suitable for expert athletes but 4 beginners n mid rangers. Trainers r friendly. Fees is comparatively a little more.
