The Green Valley Resorts - Resort hotel in Dhanaulti, Saklana Range - Tehri Garhwal, India

Pathetic experience ever. The staff was not at all helpful rather were mis behaving and even the manager was very cunning and was not at all ready to be welcoming tourists in there resort but was eager to get back his rooms. We eventually had to shift to another hotel. The service and staff are disgusting. Marking the star for location and view.

Worst owner of the property. There was no back up for lights. The staff was not at all helpful and the food was also not so good and the manager was not at all complaint rather was were cunning and was trying to be oversmart. Also we were asked to use minimal water while bathing as they have to purchase water and were facing issues with water supply. Would never visit this place again and will never recommend to anyone.

Booked a 2 night stay here, but left after the 1st night. - no heaters were provided in winter-y conditions, and when provided it didn't work the whole day while it barely worked at night. - smelling vicinity - hot water scarcity The staff were polite and excellent, but the hotel owner hasn't maintained decency.

The resort was in walking distance from Surkanda Devi Ropeway starting point. Room and Balcony was beautiful because of the glasses used instead of walls. Washroom was bit smelly because of no proper drainage. Worthy if you're paying upto 2500Rs including breakfast. Food and location was also good.

Room was so dirty, smelly and unhygienic. No parking facility available. Wastage of money. No facilities are available. I would have given zero star if I can. Guys search other option instead of booking this so called resort. They will charge full amount via online for booking as they knows about their services. No one is there to help you out. No trained staff in housekeeping. Daily wagers will come and say we don't know anything and genuinely I feel bad as they can't do anything for us. It's completely the owner fault to whom you will not be able to find after making payment

Let me share my honest review of my stay at this hotel on April 25th, 2022. No doubt that the view from the room is good and this is the only thing which made me and my friends to stay here, but good outside view from the room is not the only thing one would only look for when staying at a hotel to spend some good time. The services should be good enough to make someone feel good and satisfied, and our experience was terrible. Electricity supply is not constant even at night too and surprisingly they don't have powers backup and you have to wait until electricity is up. You have to use your phone flashlight until the power supply is back. Bathroom and bedsheets were dirty. No dustbin was provided in the room. No toiletries were available. Hotel staff's activities were suspicious, they were looking for a chance that we stay away from the hotel room for a longer time so that they could checkout the bags that we left at the room while we were out in the market for meal and to check out the place. Not only this, at 7:30 PM, the staff member ( Ankit Mehra) asked me if I want to order something for dinner and he'll bring it for us from the market as he was going down for some work. I gave him the order and said I have spoken to restaurant when we were down there in the market with my friends and he confirmed that he will deliver the meal to this hotel as soon as we call him but since you are going there so it would good if you could bring it up for us and he was ok. At 8:00 PM this guy (Ankit Mehra) called me and said he can't bring the meal for us, you have to come down and take away your order. I asked him why? He said no, it doesn't happen. Customers have to take away their orders and hung up the call. I called the restaurant owner to check if he denied to handover our order to this guy and he said no he did not even ask for it, he just ordered what we asked him and conveyed that we'll come there to have the dinner. Then I requested the restaurant owner to deliver our order at the room because it was already too dark outside and the hotel doesn't even have proper lighting outside too. The story doesn't end here only, at 9 PM this guy (Ankit Mehra) called me to check if we are done with our dinner or not. I said, no not yet, then he was insisting me to visit the same restaurant and have the meal there only, as most of the people do like that and was asking if we all will be going out for dinner or someone from us will stay here. Can you believe this? At 9 PM This guy was asking me to go all the way down to that restaurant in that dark. Please don't book this hotel at any cost. Service are pathetic and staff ia not good at all. I would have rated this hotel 0 but there is no less rating available than 1 star. No a good place to be in.

It is the worst property I ever stayed . The moment we enter into the room, there was foul smell all around. wash room was stinking like any thing. Bed sheets were not washed and they were used three four times earlier. Washroom condition was much pathetic. we just spent whole night sitting and left the hotel in the morning without taking shower. There were three staff member meant for every thing from room service to cook or cleaning of room/washroom. The owner has left everything on these three boys. No reception / intercom to contact. Hotel is just confined to 5 portacabin . Not advisable at all to opt for .
