The Green House Restaurant - Restaurant in Vagamon - Kottayam, India

The restaurant is part of Winter Vale resort. The resort and the restaurant have a great ambience. The road to the resort is a narrow one, but they have good parking space available. Not a great option if you are going there just for dining. We went there for lunch, but they only had a buffet menu and that too with limited options. They provide the option to choose items from buffet menu if we don't want the buffet. We chose a la carte, but the dishes were passable. Some of the items were expensive considering the quantity and taste.

The Green House restaurant is situated inside the Hotel Winter Vale Green stay. We went to the restaurant looking to have lunch and were not disappointed. They served a decent buffet spread. Entire property is well maintained and located among picturesque green hills.

Food and Ambience are great. Very good restaurant in vagamon. View is amazing from this restaurant. Unforgettable experience.

If planning to visit Vagamon, the green house restaurant of Winter Vale green stay is a good try. A buffet costs Rs.600 which seems a bit expensive. But the ambience and cleanliness is top notch.

We went for lunch post visiting vagamon glass bridge. The service was not good at all. The waiter spilled a plate of prawn tawa and rather than apologising and getting a replacement laughed while looking at his other partners. They served us Chinese food with out the condiments and sauce. Food bill was way too expensive in comparison to portions. I would recommend travellers to try anokhi although the waiting time can be long rather than this place only for eating.

Delicious food, please meet chief and the manager. Both help lot on the servings and give you the best what you need. If you are in #Vagamon and searching on #googlemaps for a good place for your family for #lunch, you might find it extremely difficult to locate one. We were in for a surprise to find this hidden place. It's a beautiful resort with an exclusive restaurant. The food is ok, service is ok but the ambience is great. They have ample parking space . I felt the place is clean enough for a family to come .
