Recently stayed at Grand Shiva hotel in Gondal and had a great experience. The was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it others.

Decent place to stay in Gondal. No breakfast options available and restaurant is under renovation as on November 2023. Family and kids friendly.

The hotel is in good location and staff is friendly. They help you when ever you require any thing.

If you want to go out somewhere, give key at the reception and There is no hot water system for bathing

Hotel was Near to Gondal Railway Station by 600-700 Meters, Rooms are Clean, Good with Automatic Light's for Saving Power. Only Issue I faced was the Management Staff Behaviour and rude talks, When at late night I returned to the Hotel, Badly tired with some Food (3 Medu Vada along with Chutni), as I used to have Night Craving of eating. They treated me like I have done something very wrong and asked me to eat the food near reception area only and not to take it inside room. that behaviour was totally unprofessional. also, at the time of billing, the person was behaving very rudely like I've done something very wrong by selecting this Hotel. Hotel is recommended only if you are used to such rude harsh talks.

Near to Gondal bus stand. Near to swami narayan temple. Very Good service.

This is an okay-ish hotel. If you are from out of country then it may not be up to standards you expect, but for India maybe it's on the better end. We had issues with lack of hot water, both at night and in the AM. The answer from staff was that it's due to solar panels and too many people showering at once. The rooms are 'fairly' clean, but rooms appear to have an odd/distinct oder. Would probably try to find an alternative place if I had to travel here again. Oh And don't forget to bring your own TP!
