I love this place. I highly recommend this place(Strong Nation Gym, GONDAL)to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 40 min zumba, arobic goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

Im not that kind of person who love exercise but after joining gym , the gym trainer Mr.Rakesh Sir teach me exercise very well.I am writing this after 2 month of training and i can surely tell that Mr. Rakesh is awesome trainer and human being also.Please visit the gym if u love to look healthy and fit. One thing i also want to tell that some people get offended when rakesh sir tell them to remove their shoes outside the gym and keep saperate shoes for gym.But as per my experience this practice makes u hygenic and brings discipline at the same time.so kindly request all of you to obey the rules without get offended.
