It was my first time in houseboat and I would call it an amazing experience!!! Discovering what's inside this pretty houseboat was an incredible experience itself . It was astonishing to see how it looked inside ...the rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated,the living room had a wonderfully view and it looked beautiful..the bedroom had comfortable bed and attached bathroom,ac in all rooms ,TV,music system ..delicious food was served time to time.. it felt more like a luxury hotel..!!!there was no boring moments on the houseboat as food was served time to time and most importantly the view !!!! The boat captain let's everyone drive the houseboat and it was an cool experience for my family !the chef was fantastic he makes everything u ask him to !they stop at a village where u can get crab and lobster and the chef cooks it according to ur preference! I would definitely recommend this houseboat to everyone especially to those with lil kids and elderly parents cause the houseboat is super clean and beautiful interiors !!

Checked out today from grand cruise, here is the detailed and honest review. I paid 13500 for two rooms. Boat was overall in good condition, rooms were clean and decent , as per provided pictures. But personally my family was not very satisfied with the hospitality, food was served on time but it was average in taste, TV placed was not working and water in toilet was very dirty and couldn't be used for any purpose. I am unsatisfied for the amount spent.

The grand cruise was definitely grand Excellent hospitality, warm n very friendly staff and to top it up, clean houseboat. I started talking to Dony about a month before we planned this trip around the southern peninsula of India. Was absolutely overwhelmed with the fact that he allowed my Saint Bernard (Berniee) on board. And helped plan the entire day n a night on board. We missed few attractions on the way though, as we drove in 5 hours later than the check in time. The team was very supporting. The boat was absolutely clean, n well taken care off. The crew help us in every way possible even to take rather planned stops do i could walk my dog for his routine. The food was cooked in the boats galley, never have had more delicious keralite food than I had that day on board. Over all a wonderful experience I would like to repeat once again

This is definitely one of the best house boating experience I 've had in a while. I am a big fan of backwaters in alleppy.The key to good house boating is food, amenities and service. They have nailed it all big time. I 'd definitely do it again!!

It was a wonderful experience. I will recommend this to my friends. The journey through the backwaters of alappuzha is awesome. The hospitality and the services rendered by Grand Cruise is appreciable.

Nice boats, we booked it completely for ourselves. Food was good, caretakers were helpful.
