No hot water. Full night people were shouting in alleyway. No proper attendance by hotel staff. Buffet Breakfast doesn't have much options. Waste of money to go there.

Food and service is horrible. Quality of food is pathetic. They use substandard food indigrends. Oil used is palm oil very bad for health. Milk is not the real milk. Kindly do your due diligence if you are booking. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel for ceremony and parties. Thanks. Yeah they are cheaters, will promise everything while booking and will not provide anything.
The first room they have provided wasn't clean so I have to ask for room change which they have done after requesting a couple of times.I have to call reception multiple times for AC remote. They took lot of time in processing requests and have also ignored few of them.
It was a displeasure to stay in Golden Palace Hotel at Gwalior from 29th APR to 1st May,23! Discourteos staff begining with reception!Uncontrolled uncouth staff! Pathetic room service & upkeep of the rooms!You hv to repeatedly beg for even mineral water! There was no geyser in washroom & even post bath water was not draining out! Despite asking upteem times for AC remote,it was not provided! No Mgr was available in the hotel! Risky lift! I would never recommend this hotel to anybody!

New roof top restaurant is really nice, You can enjoy really delicious Chinese, they server best crispy corn. Staff and everyone there is so supportive and treat you like there own family.
The property is okayish and even though fairly newly constructed, it has not been maintained well. There were ants and crickets all over the washroom and even the room, the house phone wasn't working, and even after reminding them to fix it 7-8 times, no action was taken to fix it. The service and everyone working at the hotel look like they're not interested in serving the customer. Limited food options (only breakfast and snacks available) which were average only. The tea was good on the first time, disastrous on the second time. At the reception, they will charge you Rs33 for a bottle of water when you check out as if they're supposed to be a 3 or 5 star hotel. Overall, very poor experience and not recommended to stay for families or even couples because of how shady they've made the place into. Stated above
