The Golden Iris - Banquet hall in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

The banquet hall is very nice but the rooms is very bad condition. There are no enough light for dress up and makeup for party. If bride wants to makeup and touchup in rooms... Then there are no light. Rooms are very small and not more clean. Although foods are tasty and hygiene. Decoration was good. Staff behaviour is not good ,special receptionist... She has very rudely behaviour

It is a very nice hotel, proper finishing has not been done from outside but the hotel is very beautiful from inside, it is a very big place.

I had booked this hotel for my reception function, wherein I gave my personal pen drive with personal photos to the hotel staff for display during the event, unfortunately they gave the pendrive to one of my guests and it was lost, We reported the same night to the staff to kindly find and keep it, the next morning we went to investigate about the pendrive and one lost gift box.. they denied anything there.. we request to check the footage but they denied checking the footage.. I dont know why they have the cameras installed and do they even work.. average service for too much cost.. prefer Ramada or Alcor ..over Golden Iris any day.

Nice ambiance with a good space. Perfect for a wedding reception. Amazing view with a banquet hall. Easy to reach. Near the main road. Good parking space.

We booked for a wedding reception, the decorations were awesome. Ample space inside for food and well laid out sitting arrangements. Parking can accommodate 50-70 cars at a time...Food was very good except a few items....Big disappointment was usage of broken crockery, cracked cups, plates were brought to the notice of management.

This is one of the best options to go for a party or any other function. Well maintained and beautiful decorations that add beauty to your photographs. Food also good. Banquet staff are well mannered and supportive. Cleanliness well maintained. Located just beside a busy road and educational institutions nearby add lot of traffic congestion during peak hours. So problem of parking may arise. Otherwise its very good. Overall a very good experience. People visiting this place will remember the experience of Golden Iris. As compared to the location and grand structure one will find it a little expensive but you will forget those expenses after organizing a function here.

We had to conduct the party with this shattered glass standing in the middle of the banquet, visible to every guest, at the time of booking it was confirmed that they will hide it with some decorations obviously we don't want to get it changed, but later need with lame excuses. Good was good, expensive compared to quality. Service was excellent.

Awesome rest with very aesthetic ambience just loved it.
