The Gastro Centre in Murinjapalam - Kumarapuram Road of Thiruvananthapuram is a compact Speciality Clinic run by the Doctor Duo Dr. Lakshmi CP, a Gastroenterologist & Interventional Endoscopist, and Dr. Rajith Hari, a Gastrointestinal & Laparoscopic Surgeon. The two Doctors are very experienced and knowledgeable in their respective domains. If a Patient is required to undergo a surgery, Dr. Ranjith does the surgery in another reputed Hospital, where he practices, since the Clinic does not have surgery infrastructure and in-patient facilities. The Clinic works from Monday to Saturday and appointments could be obtained only by booking in advance, since there are large number of patients availing their services. The Front Office Team is a friendly lot, who will inform the indicative time slot and token number in advance and we are required to reach the Clinic only at the designated time.

Horrible.. Pathetic.. Experience... Don't go there.. Waste of time. Arrogant staff. Management please give some basic hospitality lesson to the receptionist, otherwise you guys can't survive even if you provide good treatment. Today morning I called for appointment. The receptionist who took the phone was so arrogant and refused appointment and told me that come to hospital and take token. Not sure is these guys are living in 2023. Then I travelled about 30km to reach hospital at 9:30am. The same lady receptionist arrogantly replied, I can take token now and consult at 4-4:30pm. The doctor is still not there to consult. Very pathetic service.. In their website they mentioned like appointment can be taken through phone or app. Both are just showcase purpose. Don't trust these guys.. Please see the other negative reviews also before going to this center. I missed to check those, that was the mistake done by me. To all.. don't make the same mistake..

Straight away RED FLAG. Called them and booked for an appointment, and instantly they send me a screenshot with QR code for payment of consultation fee. Just a reminder to everyone here, that's not how it works - a clinic/hospital should give us an appointment first and then collect the amount when we are at the clinic in person and not the other way round. The reception has literally told me now that I have to pay before 12:00pm to get even my appointment slot or else I need to wait till tomorrow. I wonder when someone is going to raise a court case against these folks for their unethical approach at healthcare!!

Excellent care from the entire team. Especially doctor, nurse and front office. Also well equipped scanning facility. Thank you for the cure. Just blindly go to this clinic for all gastric issues. Thank you once again..

Good place to take treatment . Dr Ranjith very patient centric and definitely I am convinced he is an expert. He was able to make precise diagnosis and my disease seems to have been cured.

We went to meet Dr.Lakshmi for my 80yo wife. She listened us with compassion and empathy. My wife went with the a lot of concerns but Dr listened to her patiently and told her that there is nothing to worry and that she needs to stop worrying. We are old and most doctors treat us in a way that this is how it is going to be old age but after talking to Dr.Lekshmi we felt that we need more doctors like her who takes care of old patients like us. People like Dr. makes us feel that we are in good hands and gives us renewed hope. Thank you for taking care of us Dr.Lakshmi.

Very friendly doctors and staff. Had a great experience as a patient. Instructions were quite clear and made available as leaflets.
