The Fort Ramgarh - Resort hotel in Panchkula - Panchkula, India

If Zero Rating is available this place deserve that. No management n poor services. We go for lunch n waited for one hour for order but they did not serve. So we decided to go away. Zero service at all n No Manager is there. I suggest everyone to not visit there

Today I visited with my 20 friends to have a nice time here because of good location. But we had disgusting experience. Food served was totally Bakwaaaas It was tasteless & served cold. The manager and staff members ( team of 7-8 people ) were not bothering about things required and totally out of mind to serve good despite repeatedly demands .Even they don't had cold water bottles to serve us , AC were not working properly in such scorching heat. Such a bad day we had here I will never recommend anyone to waste your money here.

The service was very poor. We ordered mojitoh which was without soda and ice and when we ordered ice, they didn't give us. Next we ordered Chinese and after prolonged wait, they said it was not available. We came empty stomach and they cost lemonade worth 1000 rs which was just salt water and lemon. It's quite an expensive restaurant with poor service and poor ambience. The walls were all moldy and AC was too old.

Rooms are very nice. Some of the best antique furniture ll be seen in the rooms. Better view from windows. Food is very tasty but they charge high when u order from hotel. Morning breakfast will not be served before 8:30 an whatever mat be ur condition. Location is best. Lush green ground with night live music with melodious voice of singers with old songs. Except late morning breakfast everything is good.

What should I say. The video attached speaks about my visit to The Fort Ramgarh. Everything was amazing right from the location, around 20 minutes from Panchkula to the rooms of the Hotel. The biggest problem is of dining. The day I visited, there were 6 people on 2 different tables - 4 together and 2 on one table. Still the staff was slow in serving chapati and other items. Also, it was shocking to see that menu of such a brilliant property had less than 50 options available.

I was expecting this place to be Royalty, I observed it to be clean but once inside you could see that it's not very well kept palace, no alcohol is served as they don't have the licence. There's an old Rolls Royce and a very old Norton motorcycle.

I went there, but resturant is very small and closed like store room, strong smell of some chemical was coming from inside. It was hard to sit there, so left immediately.

I celebrated my event there and it was a pathetic experience with the staff. All they care about is money. very very bad experience
