Fitlift is truly an amazing gym. I was struggling to loose weight from long time but after joining here I have become fit and my strength has gradually developed with time. I have been taking training from Anish and is highly recommended.
FitLift is an amazing gym. Because firstly the staff is very helpful they always there to guide in excercise and to correct your posture. Special mention to SUNDRAM SIR- He is very helpful and hardworking sir. Always comes with new exercises. He has good knowledge about fitness. He put his 1000% efforts in his client and i have seen the results in me.
Equipments are excellent Extra curricular activities are very next level seriously YOGA-DANCE-AEROBICS- in short a good package to avail all the services under one roof I give FITLIFT my very BEST RECOMMENDATIONS!
2 months ago, started my weight loss journey and seen the improvements with inches as well as on scale. Thanks to Trainer - Anish for support and guidance through out the process . Many more to go !!!

One of the best gym in MDC vicinity with most high tech gym equipments and machineries. Staff members like Sahil , Sundram , sohan and deepanshu sir respectively are also very cooperative and helpful in each and every aspect.
