There is no option for 10 otherwise I had given 10 ratings. It's such a nice hotel I lived there for 3 days they had given me the biggest room of the hotel and the staff are also very polite. The bathrooms and room keeping service is also nice and the location of the hotel is near the beach. They also gave us free breakfast and the taste of breakfast is very delicious and people complaining about the cockroaches but I became tired in finding cockroaches There are no cockroaches in the room and the hotel is also well maintained and the staff gave us no chance to complain they also gave us iron on request such a nice and cheap hotel ever in Callangute.
When i visited this place Room was good and clean. I had 3 bookings but we cant get 3rd room as we committed, hotel arrange 1 room but it wasnt good nor clean. Service is poor.
There is No - Option else I would recommend -5 There is no proper response from receptionist specially from Lady even no respondeding calls on hotel number. as intercom not working Poor management, At time of booking confirmed that swimming pools will be usable but when check in receptionist lady said it's not usable and under construction, No proper hygiene maintained, cockroaches moving in Room after informed to receptionist there was no solution during our 3Night stay Phone intercom not working and there is no towel in case of needed for kids Short and simple. Not worth of money and not recommended for couples or family..
There is no option of 0 rating otherwise i would have selected the same. Given 1 as there is no option of giving 0 rating. We stayed here for 3days 3 nights and the stay was pathetic. Following are the points --- 1) During our checkin we waited for 2 hrs as room was not ready. They are writing 2pm checkin time and we reached around 2 and we got the room at 4pm. 2) All rooms are not hygienic and there was cockroaches in the room 3) Bad smell in the room 4) Chairs were broken in the room 5) Food was pathetic 6) Staff behaviour is also bad and no response. Few boys only good. 7) All their managers and sales managers dont come to meet or discuss anything 8) During checkin time we cleared everything but still during checkout time they are charging unnecessary charges and asking to pay extra. Overall it is not good for Family to stay apart from location nothing was good. Overall 0 rating.
I didn't get 0 star option so chose 1 unfortunately. Apart from the location, everything else to do with the property was pathetic. Let me name a few below: 1. Unprofessional & unwelcoming staff. 2. Door keys never worked in one go for 4 days. 3. Unnecessary rules to pay for the lost key (I didn't lose though). 4. Swimming pool is a square shaped water logging area - Pathetic 5. Breakfast buffet is the worse I have seen at any hotel. I didn't have for 2 days as there are only 2 proper meal options. I wont come ever
Hotel is placed in a good location and is near Baga beach and the main Calangute market. Don't include breakfast, lunch or dinner while booking rooms. Food served is not palatable. Swimming pool facility is offered while booking rooms but there is no water in the pool. For the room charges you can as well add some more and stay in a star hotel
I had horrible experience at this hotel when i found bunch of coackroaches on bed. Also pathetic service facilty, managers are stupids they dont care about experiences of Customers. Avoid it before you regret it.
