This is a well equipped gym. Indranil Bose is a very good trainer. He is caring and polite and he knows his work very well.He is encouraging and positive.

Quite good ambience. Trainers have good knowledge of what they are doing and are very polite to everyone. Not only the trainer but also the janitor and everyone at the reception . Not only your personal trainer will help you out but every trainer available at that time will. Trainer like Indranil Da and Bittu they are very friendly and helpful.

It's been more than 6months I'm in this gym. Trainers are so well educated that they'll manacle you with hefty amounts of injunctions(workout plans). I can assure you that after your membership ends you'll have so many knowledges as well as a well developed physique for sure in your satchel. You'll not go back to your home dejected, instead you'll reprises as a better person with a good mentality for sure.

Great place to workout. If you guys wanna have good trainers, you can try this one. The management takes cleanliness and hygiene pretty seriously.

the fitness zone is a gym with a great environment for your workout. The equipments and weights are suitable for a beginner to advance training. it is open seven days a week which helps us to come and do workout as per our schedule.
