Excellent place, very friendly environment along with authentic, genuine and certified coaches. One place where you can go with open mind and learn myriad of activities under expert supervision. Best for those who feels gym intimidation and needs some push to move forward. Results are certain if you follow their routine and stick to it. I strongly recommend this place for those aspiring to become better version of themselves.

The experience that I've continued to have since the initial day at this gym is very enriching and satisfying. Every trainer- Jai Sir, Vinay Sir, Sanju Sir and Sulochana Mam are very calm and composed and always motivating to push for the better. There's super energy flowing at all times during the training classes. I had joined keeping in mind the equipments- but trust me- to get into shape- I have rarely used them; rather completely relied on various formats of exercise in form of Zumba/Aerial Yoga/Tabata, etc. This is an ideal place for all those people who expect to be in good shape and feel healthier- both physically and mentally without feeling of being judged by anyone at the gym and without any pomp and show. They really Konnect you to the Fit you.

If you are searching for highly equipped gym with facilities of sauna and steam bath ( full luxury) then please skip going to this gym . I have had my shares of experience in these kinds of luxury gyms but gym intimidation got me . Something was missing and that was personal attention . Trainers in these luxury gyms try to lure you at first by giving their special attention to you because they want you to take their personal training . I didn't like it . Then I got to know about Fitness Konnection from one of my friends . I was comfortable from the first day in this gym . Jai sir made me very comfortable in gym . Jai , Sulochana and Shubham , Vinay are stars of this gym . These people have enormous amount of talent and yet so down to earth. They always push you to become a better version of yourself . Joining this gym, has been the best decision of 2022 of mine so far .

Best gym. Jai sir, Sulochana, Vinay sir and Sanju all are good and they do their best to help you in reduce weight. No pressure to do exercise on equipments. Exercises are mix of bhangra dancing stretching zumba which is good. Very friendly nature of everyone.

Definitely one of the best gyms in Jaipur. Quality training without equipment dependency, friendly environment and very well qualified trainers. You can't help but learn how to be the best version of yourself whatever the goal is. Would highly recommend

It's going to be a long but an honest review. I have known Jay sir since, like about 4 years, before I was posted in Singapore, and then eventually South Korea. Before shifting to the current branch, he used to conduct fitness classes in D block at a much smaller scale. It feels me with immense pride when I see him working hard and diligently towards fitness industry and providing a safe and a holistic solution to every fitness needs. Coming to the present gym. Though this gym lacks a sauna or super speciality equipments which I had in Singapore and South Korea, but this gym is special in its own ways. Other gyms where I have been to, have always been too possessive about the client fees and that there aren't trainers to are motivated to train you harder. This gym, the Fitness Konnection, on the other hand, provides facilities for not only physical needs, but also your psychological needs. As far as the physical needs, or the exercise is concerned, they have aerial yoga, Bollywood and western zumba, Swiss ball workout, kick boxing, HIIT and even Bhangra workout among other things. They also have a physiotherapy room where consultants and treatments are easily available. Coming to the psychological needs, this gym is one of the most safest gyms in the city, even for women. The environment is pretty motivating and the best part is that they celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of all their clients giving a very homely feeling while having workout together. Coming to the trainers here, they have the best of the lot. Vinay is a professional in HIIT and zumba, and no matter how your day went, Vinay's encouraging aura and his energy would push you to give your best. Next in line is Sulochana who is a well celebrated yoga and aerobics trainer in the country. Having many accolades to her name, you will have a fan boy moment while meeting her. Shubham is a pro in Swiss ball exercise and trampoline workout. You will have a fun feeling while working out trampoline and the Swiss ball. Last, but not the least, Jay sir who has so many certificates to his name, and who has helped a lot number of clients to reduce weight. The best advice I can give to the reader, as a fellow fitness freak is that rather than reading this review, do give a try to visit the gym in person. You will be motivated to see the actual results of people. Feel free to start a conversation with any client there, and I am sure that you will hear a very positive and a motivating story .
