I'm glad that I started this life long fitness journey with coach Aman Yadav. He has made this journey a bit more easier. He has a good knowledge of functional training and yoga both. And with the mixture of both, one can surely kick off his/her fitness journey, as he says - "Practice does not make perfect, practice makes improvement"
My experience here is very good. The coach here is very experienced. He is having very good knowledge of yoga . Along with teaching yoga, he also gives full attention to all the students. The coach also gives you positive energy, which makes your yoga very joyful.
It's been few weeks that I joined TFIC and I must say that Mr. Aman Yadav is a great instructor with proper knowledge on yoga and crossfit. I have learned here that it is not always good to push the body out of limits rather we should be continuous with daily instructions as per the instructor and rest all things will fall in line
