We stayed for 2 days and it was truly amazing. Walkable distance to Fort and market area. This is the best place to stay when you are in Jaisalmer. The view from the rooftop restaurant is commendable. The staff were amazing and friendly. Especially the owner and the manager are very helpful and Kind. You will get the chance to meet Bruno the cutest puppy. I just loved the place.
Good place to stay. I arrived from the train at around 4am and the staff were friendly and professional despite the early hour and possible interruption to their sleep. The rooms are nice and big, there's plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Food on the rooftop restaurant is great and a decent price as far as hotels restaurants go. Service was polite and fairly quick. There's also a beautiful view of the fort, which is only a 5 min walk away.
The host and the owner of the hotel, Deeraj was welcoming during our visit. From recommending places to visit to food we shouldnt miss. The hotel is at a walking distance from the fort and the market. The food served at the roof top restaurant of the hotel facing the fort is good and homely. The staff is very considerate and cooperative. Will answer to all your queries with a smile.. If you are a pet lover, don't miss meeting Bruno at the lobby.!
10/10!! The best stay you can get in Jaisalmer and India! The staff was amazing and extremely polite They all made us feel special. The room was big, the bed, pillows and linen were very comfy and soft! We had to work during our stay, and the internet was working perfectly. There's a lovely puppy called "Bruno" that will melt your heart!! The owner was very attentive and ready to help! THANK YOU FOR ALL!!!
Great location 5 minute walk from the main area inside the fort, very safe city, 25-minute walk from train station. Staff are fantastic and super friendly, I arrived at 4am, and they had people to check me in and get comfortable. The rooms are very clean with a big hot water shower. Plus, the puppy Bruno is the cutest
- Is it possible to give them a 6 star review? Actually not, but it would be well deserved. Me and my girlfriend, from Italy, spent a night in this beautiful palace, the room has all we needed plus an amazing view of the fort. Then we had breakfast on the terrace (there's no need to describe it, just go and check it by yourself, will be worth it). There is just one thing that we didn't like: Bruno the dog pet cannot come home with us We're leaving here a little piece of our heart, we won't forget the beautiful staff that treated us like family members. Room was okay, clean Bathroom& nice windows. Cute doggie Bruno in the lobby. The restaurant was really (!) good with beautiful lighting/castle view and amazing food. The head waiter was excellent and very attentive!
