Dr. Dutta's Clinic and Nursing Home is now one of the best healthcare facilities available in Chandannagar. Previously it was only a pathological clinic, the nursing home is brand new as it was opened about 3 months earlier. Almost all types of treatments are done here. I've tried to give a complete overview of this pathological clinic & nursing home, and I hope these pictures will help viewers, who are planning to avail of this facility.

List of doctor is good in the clinic. Some reputed doctors from kolkata also visit here. But OPD coordination is horrible. One will have to wait for long to finally visit the doctor without any proper communication to patients. ALWAYS Call the opd reception before coming even though you have a confirmed appointment.

Diagnostics center at Chandannagar. Almost all clinical services (X-ray, Blood Reports, USG, CT Scan etc.) are done here. Service Charges are reasonable. But what I dislike about them is their complete mismanagement in process and long waiting period at the USG centre. At the time of booking, the counter staffs issues a token with tentative timing. But the token system is not at all followed by the staffs in charge at USG centre. As a result, the people come later often gets their test done earlier than the patients waiting from morning. This is completely not-acceptable.

Worst experience!! No proper management, poor service, ill- mannered staff. Late response about any inquires. Even after a long waiting list of patients, they go on adding more patients on the list .No proper instructions given by the staff. Won't suggest anyone.

The clinic has a set of extremely rude and ill mannered staff especially the lady seated on reception . Did not feel comfortable at all by opting for its service. Not a place to visit for someone who is civilised and refrains themselves for sense less service provider.

The doctors present and the diagnostic capability of the center might be good but the staff and front-desk members need a course on hospitality management. Being rude is an understatement. Blatant disregard of the patient's physical problems and request for services are the prime example of this institution. The staff present, think themselves to be well above the general public which gives them a real ego boost. Be very aware when visiting this place, especially with elderly folks.

This is quite big Dr. Chamber with pathology centre. Price range are not so high.
