I have booked week days so price are low nice hotel. One issue i faced in inside room mosquito issues kindly check every room and should be clean and fix the mosquitoes issues. Otherwise no problem in the hotel user friendly area and environment. Parking facilities have. Lift facilities 4 persons only allowed small lift. Reception staff are friendly persons. Compared with other hotel this 1 star dolphin park hotel is great one. Feel better.

We conducted Function in this Hotel. Awesome Service provided by the manager Mohan. His hospitality is appreciable. Budget friendly and also affordable price. Service was fantastic. Location is very near to my house. Rooms are very clean and neat. Definitely recommendable for the small get together parties

Hopeless customer service. I called the hotel before booking the room, Due to a prior bad experience, I asked the hotel to share the present day photo of the room. He denied it. I asked him straightaway that there must be some staff at the property, so ask them to do it. He denied. Why would someone be so hesitant to show the room as it is? He says he is outside, so what, there are hotel staff to do it. If the intent is right, everything will be transparent. Such hotels are a curse to the customer facing industry!

I had booked 2 a/c double rooms for 2 days in September 2023 during a family trip. Pros: Affordable rate. 24 hrs hot water available. Reception area and corridors were good. Cons: Room space is too small and not clean. Water reddish colour & bathroom buckets were dirty. Found empty liquor bottle and food waste inside the cupboard. Door lock of one room was damaged. After meals, platters were not removed from the corridor. Not recommended for family stay.

Booked an A/C room for one night on 06-Sep-2023. The switches and taps - upon usage - delivered a mild electrical shock. It was no longer safe to stay with kids and not worth the risk. We vacated the room within an hour. The staff were unhelpful with respect to refunds. We were told that the only person who can take a decision is the owner and they refused to share the contact details of the owner.

I stayed for 3 days and staffs are good hotel is also except the water in the room nearly 2 days the water is very smell very badly. Wifi connection is not that much good it's keep on disconnect. TV is not worked in my room.

bathrooms and the tap water are bad smell. average rooms. bed sheets were dirty as well. moreover, inspite of being a regular customer, they did not allocate a room to me, even though i had a confirmed reservation, which took me hours in the night to find an alternate hotel, and they did not even apologize for doing so. i stopped booking in this hotel after that. its risky to book here knowing that they dont stand by the reservations.

Myself,Wife nd Son stayed in this hotel for 5 days as part of Son's admission at SRM University,Ramapuram. Staffs were friendly,Rooms were clean n tidy nd Air Conditioned,Bathroom was clean,,Wi-Fi was 24 hrs, the restaurant on ground floor was clean nd the staffs were amicable. Good food... Overall Experience as per me is good stay for 5 days ...
