I have have been training at The Crew for the last 3 months and since working out here I find myself stronger and in better shape. Every class is different but always challenging, and this variety of workouts keeps me invested and motivated to show up everyday. The trainers are ALWAYS so encouraging, offering modifications when needed. I love that everyone knows each other's names and motivates each other. It's truly a great atmosphere.

The workouts are fun, challenging & you will not do the same workout twice. Led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. Highly recommended !

Best crossfit training in Chennai. Trainer Sameer (and others) explain each workout clearly and constantly encourage us so that we reach till last rep. I recommend it.

I call it my place cos everytime i complete my work out here it feels so happy nd satisfying ! The team understands your body, your goal and help u in the journey.. I had joined The Crew for a month when I was travelling to Chennai & loved my experience there. The team of trainers here from JC, Harish, Ebi & Varsha are friendly and know how to push you to the limits. The workouts are intense & don't get monotonous as they mix up cardio, strength & games on different days. Would 100% recommend this place for people wanting to get fit & don't know where to start.

BEST PLACE TO START UR FITNESS JOURNEY! I have been with the Crew for 3 months now. Initially, being on the heavier side I have never felt that fitness can be this much fun and achievable. I can see tremendous change physically as well on my energy level throughout the day and also i look forward to start my day with them. The trainers are very professional and friendly. There are multiple trainers who give u individual attention and push u harder every single day towards your fitness goal. This a functional training centre, like a group activity where everyone workout at the same time. The vibe is great. All of this for the best price - they are worth it all and so much more!

The Crew has been fantastic. Amazing trainers who take interest in you, irrespective of your fitness levels. The place and bunch of people have the best vibe. Great mix of HIIT, strength and functional programs. You will not do the same workout twice in a week, that's how well planned the sessions are. Hands down joining crew was the best decision made towards my fitness.
