The Chocolate Factory - Bakery and Cake Shop in Agartala - West Tripura, India

Ordered an expensive cheesecake for my birthday and this is what they gave us. Fooling customers!! A total money waste! It's clearly seen in the picture this is just cream and there's no cheese. This is not how cheesecake looks like. Cheesecakes are supposed to be stiff and are not made of frosting cream. Try to learn how to make cheesecake first and then sell it to the customers. It really hurts to see such kind of behaviour on my own birthday. Never gonna buy again from you guys! ordered fresh and it all melted within half an hour Guys,be aware of such frauds and never buy from them.

Neither pure chocolate has been provided nor the displayed design. Quality has been reduced highly in 1 year time. Absolutely frustrated with the ordered cake on the celebration day. Will never recommend actually.

Ordered a 1 pound chocolate cake a day before the party. When I picked it up it was a half pound cake and the cashier blamed me after writing the order down wrong...This is not the first time I've purchased cakes from this shop but recently the staff behaviour has been rude, they have been making too many mistakes with orders and not even apologising for it and instead they blame the customers for their own poor service.

They make customized cakes so good . I ordered cake from them several time, only once they delayed the order might be the reason cake was also not up to the mark.

Cake Taste: Decent Cake Customisation: Great What's not okay: Price, Customer Satisfaction Just because Agartala doesn't have good cake and pastry chains and not many good bakeries, they charge exorbitant rates. Normal small chocolate cakes start from 600, and go upto 800-900 maybe. If you compare them to prices in Mio Amore, Monginis, French Loaf etc, you will realise that they are charging so much excess, and the cakes are not tasty ( They are good enough, but nothing so great if you compare with the price). Agartala needs good cake chains, just like local pizza shops used to make bad tasting and overpriced pizza before Dominos and other stores started making good pizza at affordable rates, they are also making overpriced cakes just because there is no competition. They could not even provide me a bag to carry the cake in. Cakes N Buns might be an alternative.

I am really satisfied with the quality and the art of Chocolate factory. Price is quite expensive and higher than the other cake shops but everything is fair when we get the product as per our own choice
