Room are good as new hotel, but room service and restaurant service is poor I have ask for 1liter drinking water bottle it takes 1 hour to give after three times reminding, TV is not working informed at reception desk and ask for wifi password both we dint get during our stay.
Stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 days with sheer comfort and joy, room was extraordinary and definitely a much more value for the the money which I paid. Entire staff is so polite and well behaved which sometime you don't get even in 5 star hotels of bigger cities. Food is excellent. Thanks for hotel management for making my stay in Dibrugarh so pleasant. Will surely come another time and will recommend everyone if you are travelling to Dibrugarh.

Great and a beautiful hotel with all comfort and facillities. All the staff, manager are very much cooperative, helpful and polite. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

As a foodie I can surely say after tasting in all the restaurants Chipoong's food is the best in town. The must try items are Tandoori chicken, Chicken Butter Masala, Garlic Naan & Veg Pulao.
Place is clean and hygienic. Food quality and the staff of the restaurant is good and supportive. Good place for family...
As today is my special day, I really loved the arrangements made by the staff members. The service was very smooth going and was much gentle. Overall the hospitality was too good.
I would really love to go there again. It was really awesome. The food infact was very delicious. The price was average according to the quantity.
