Honestly i have been going to this place for almost 5+years this is my go to place to have a burger this place is like a hidden gem but also famous at the same time. Food : (4/5) Everything on the menu is delicious just avoid the crispy chicken its very oily you can go for house of tenders One star less just for too much oil in crispy chicken. Service/staff : (5/5) The staff co-operates really well and no issues while ordering and we got the order really fast. Atmosphere : (5/5) A perfect outings with friends or date with your partner or just a solo date you would enjoy it
This is a good fast food joint in Pune. The food here is really good, they have their own recipes and a unique taste to each item. I love them for their food. But I rate the atmosphere only 2 as the hygiene of the place isn't well maintained. The kitchen looks messy from the counter where we order, there were flies that kept annoying us the whole time we sat there. The service time has improved a lot compared to my previous visit, the staff and the owner are both really jolly and welcoming people. Over all a 4 star just because of the food.
I went here after seeing the Instagram reel. But my experience was very very bad. I tried their Jumbo Chicken Burger, it was pathetic. The sauce they used in it was weird in taste. The chicken was good, but the sauce ruined all the burger. They give the complimentary wafer packet with all burgers.
The burgers tasted okayish. The service was very delayed and uninterested. Only one person was handling everything and inefficiently.

The owner was very rude, We ordered a burger and wanted dinning but the owner told us they have closed dinning as it was 10:30 but later after 5 mins he served dinning to another person. If he can't even treat his customers well, what food will he serve.
Ordered the biggest burger here to try- The house burger. I highly recommend that buy one for two people and share because it's difficult for one person to finish this one :P Taste is good. Fully filling . The guy at the counter keeps a gloomy face and so does the waiters. They should learn to smile !!! Food is good but customer service isn't.
