Very good hotel, the food quality & service experienced needs special mention as it was fresh and hot. Breakfast was great. Hotel has provided a safe car park which is close to hotel, normally it is not available in Pondy. Big shout out to all the housekeeping and restaurant staff. Definitely would recommend for others.
The location is good. The staff(especially restaurant staff) were hospitable and polite. But, the room had a pungent smell which was a put off. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable.
Nice hotel near Sea area. Big and clean room with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and testy, I recommend add some northwest dishes. This restaurant's staff exhibited highly unprofessional behavior, treating customers as if they were receiving free food. Although the staff in the reception were kind, the restaurant staff were the worst as they preferred serving the foreigners and North Indian people more. The lack of car parking and insufficient lighting. I am perplexed by the positive reviews given to this place as their service does not live up to the praise. While it may appeal to budget-conscious travelers seeking a city-center location, I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
Lovely little place to stay. Very friendly staff. Rooms on the smaller side and breakfast has limited options, but you can't ask for more from a budget boutique hotel. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. Location is perfect
