Many times I actually went to the shop in intention of buying something from there. But the staff is so intimidating, they look down you. When I came out of the shop I ended up buying nothing. The staff is also not informative, won't give answers to the question asked almost with an attitude "oh you don't know!". Never going there again, gave it benefit of doubt 4 times, but no more!

When asked about ongoing discount to the sales associate he rudely tells me that yes we have some near to expiry date products on discount..do pls throw them in the garbage bin if they are so near to expiry date. And if someone is asking about discount the very person is not looking for expiry products. Keep that in mind. And keep the expiry products for yourself. #thebodyshopindia

I don't know how you people can hire people like them? They always disrespect their own customers, I've always felt like, they are there to judge their own customers!! No manners at all!
