The Body Shop - Cosmetics store in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

I am a regular user of body shop products it's very effective for my skin.i purchase their product across India but it's the first time i experienced pocketing money in the name of membership by the ground staffs.i purchased a product on 5 th November and when I am going to pay they offer me a membership for 500 rupees that I can choose one more product from selected area. so I choose one more product and took membership for 500 rupees.and because of not giving trial option for both products and they're explanation for the product benefits are also wrong and because of the misguiding of product I didn't get the result when I reach home.so I planned to return it and choose another one.the next day morning itself i went to shop.and I returned the 2 same products and buyed one new product and I payed remaining balance because the price was higher than the first product.so the thing is the decline to use the membership benefits Because of they offer one more product I took membership for 500 rupees and I returned back those 2 products and paid remaining balance for the new product without lessing membership 500 and they refused to take one more product from the selected area.please take care of your staff weather they missusing and pocketing money from the regular customers in the name of membership

I love body shop products but very bad customer service and it is unsatisfactory.

This place is my love. Though the stuffs here might seem a bit costly, it's totally worth all the money. All you gals, if u want a good skin with all the cosmetics, go for this without any second thoughts

Nicely located in the first floor of Brook fields Mall and fully Air conditioned show room. All type of body lotions, perfumes, creams, shampoo, conditioner and body massage items are widely available. All Bath room products like scrappers are available. Customer service is fast and satisfactory. But eye mask was not available. Sufficient parking space is available at the underground of the building on payment.

Shea butter products are very good!!! Got one gift wrapped with neat box comprising of body butter, shower scrub, shower lotion, hand cream n body lotion!!! Best ever!!!

Staffs were very cordial and well behaved with customers and they explained details about the products
